Sam from the UWF Waffle House was working at this one tonight and she was absolutely amazing! All the other workers were... extremely rude to her while we were in the restaurant. I hope someone recognizes Sam for not only helping another location butfor also being extremely sweet while the workers were yelling and being disrespectful to her! Go Sam! Read more

I'd like to take a moment to highlight the wonderful staff at this location, specifically J. Recently, I had a terribly long... night and craving for a sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit. (I've been living abroad in Australia and hadn't had WH in ages).Unfortunately, I only had my cash card with a few dollars on it. After a bit of a mishap, Jordan sorted me out and sent me on myway. I do hope that whoever her manager is, understands that she was only putting her most hospitable and compassionate footforward. Also, her chef counterpart was a joy to chat with. Such a positive lad! When I'm back in the area, I'll surely comeback to sort the rest of my bill and say hello. Thank you again, J and team. As always, there's no place like home. Drove out of our way off I-10 on our way back to FL from NOLA because of the Google Maps 4.5 star review?and I see why it?s so... high. Friendly, quick and attentive staff, perfectly cooked bacon, and excellent sweet tea!!! Everyone was very happy with theirfood. Already decorated for Xmas. Women?s bathroom was very clean. Dividers up for COVID and most of the staff wore masks.Totally lived up to the mottos of ?Good Food Fast? and ?You?re always welcome back home.? Jukebox was set at the perfect volumeto hear the music but not drone out conversation. Will remember and head back when nearby! Read more
