Need to bring back the old chicken breast sub the whole Patty not the cut up chicken breast. However customer service was... alright besides having to wait after someone who came in after me which is totally unprofessional to wait on them first beforethe customer who is trying to order and already in line before hand. Smart attitude the minute we walked in. Do not recommend this place. When asked if we could speak to the manager, the response... was they did not have the manager number and one employee said she didn't have the manager name. The staff is friendly and the sandwiches are always great. Hands down the best bread around. I eat here about twice a week
Line was out the door and cashier was texting on her phone behind the counter. Very dissatisfied with the quality of food as... well. Which makes me sad because the staff here have never behaved that way they are usually very interactive with the guestsand always make it feel like home. I watched 3 rude Customers go in front of me and give the ladies working a hard time just rude unhappy and hateful. Worst experience ever at a Subway location. I am very restricted in the amount I can eat. The first lady tried to help us but... other staff member and manager were extremely rude. Tried to charge me WAY more than what I could get then wanted to complicatethe situation and make a scene. Told me it was inventory and rules. I get it but what little I?m asking for is not even a cup offood total so any lettuce or whatever you wouldn?t even notice as a rounding error. Fine, keep your inventory and I?ll spend mymoney elsewhere. It?ll be a LONG time if I ever go back. When asked for complaint number was told they don?t give that out. Howconvenient.
