I've been in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. Ugh the girl is nice and all but talks way to much. After every single item... she repeats it back then repeats at the end of the order as well... Frapee machine always seems to all of a sudden break when they get 4 or more cars in line then fixed in 20 min when they ain't... bussy... they really don't gaf how blatantly they lie. I usually have no problem here but recently these people just can?t get anything right. Last time I went thru drive thru they... messed up my order & I didn?t notice until I got to work. This time I drove thru and ordered the same thing I get every time I?mhere. Spicy mcchicken add cheese add pickles. Girl taking the order rang it up correctly but when I got to the second window Idecided to check my order as last time it was wrong. Lo and behold, pickles and cheese are not there again. I gave them thesandwich back and told them there?s no cheese or pickles, and asked if they could add some. They instead remade the sandwichwith no cheese no pickles. I checked again and it was the same thing I handed back to them. This foolishness went on for acouple minutes while the girls at the window were arguing with me that I said ?no cheese?. First of all you?re not the onetaking my order so you don?t know what I said because for you it pops up as a ticket. Secondly why would I ask for no cheese ona sandwich that doesn?t come with cheese anyway? eventually she gives me back my sandwich and hands me a cold piece of cheesethru the window. I drove away with the order still not correct (never got my pickles). Then I called up there hoping to talk tosomeone who knows what they?re doing and was hung up on by some snobby dude. Another person answered the phone and soundedcompletely stressed out, & if those were my coworkers I?d be stressed out too! Brian rectified the situation for me and Iappreciate that. The 2 stars are for him. This is ridiculous that it?s literally impossible to get the simple food item youordered & employees would rather argue with you thru the window than just make the dang order correctly the first time.
