Employee has made me wait several times while he is doing something, like rolling out a whole pan of pretzels because he had to... "get it in the oven right now". Doesn't wear gloves when getting my drink or placing his bare hand over the open container ofmy pretzel nuggets. Read more

I love these pretzels. Every time we go to this store, I think I'm going to be able to resist them...but always give in. Why... even fight the urge anymore... They are perfectly yeasty with a bit of a malt taste (maybe that's the yeast). SO GOOD. Ichoose a side of cream cheese, or sometimes nacho cheese. It's hard to decide. Read more
