the employees seems very unhappy. maybe consider a better work environment for them or providing proper compensation.

HERE IS WARE POOR MANGEMENT IS PROVEN. NOTHING IS EVERY DONE RIGHT FOR YOUR ORDER. YOU RECIVE YOUR RECIPT GIVE YOU PART OF YOUR... CHANGE AFTER YOU TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT YR RECIPT THEN THE WINDOW OPENS TO GIVE YOUR CHANGE CHANGE. AS YOU MADE YOUR ORDER IN LEAVEAND IT'S ALL WRONG. I stop here maybe once a month. Always accurate food. Only thing that is always different is the frostyccino. Must be a... proportion thing... but hey, we are all human. Yesterday I actually ate in the establishment for the first time. Super nice inthere. Impressive. I couldn't believe I was inside of a fast food restaurant. Absolutely horrendous coffee. Once a week I will come to this Wendy's because their food is fresh and serviced quick. However,... recently I went there at around 8:00PM-9:00PM on 2/12 and purchased a small coffee with my order looking for a dose of caffeine.(Included two creamer and two sugars on the side) The coffee was hot and warm which was great, but I noticed something inside mycoffee after drinking half of it an hour later. There was this small white ball, which I had thought was creamer that didn'tdissolve. I had poured out the rest of the coffee and found that it was actually a floating piece of mucus like substance.Absolutely disgusting and I was sickened after finding it. There even appeared to be hair in this ball of disguisingproportions. I don't know if this is an issue with the machinery that is in charge of dispensing the coffee, or quite possible(which I hope to not imagine) an employee purposefully or accidentally was the cause of this. I have worked in several McDonaldsestablishments and never have I ever recalled an instance of such an event that had occurred like this. Please avoid drinkingcoffee, and eating here in general, until the owners publicly announce that they are going to clean their machines. Read more
Not only did it take forever, but our order was rang incorrectly, we were charged 2 different amounts and they failed to provide... napkins and a fork for my salad, but were sure to include the outdated pack of almonds! Read more
Drive in person very nice and instead of making me wait, she exchanged bread to get me on my way!!
