Went there a few weeks ago after a concert. We were in goth clothes but were greeted with kindness and equality. Great price for... breakfast food and grits were on point lol. I recommend their food good food good price. Read more

The food was cold and we had to ask for everything. Even for syrup for the waffle. Would not recommend to anyone.

Can't comment about the food since we didn't eat. Walked in @ 4:00 AM and there was only 1 employee working. Looked around to... see that the grill, waffle machines and food prep areas were filthy. Promptly left out before ordering. Hopefully it's betterwhen it's properly staffed, but we won't be back to find out. Read more

Worked a long shift and needed to perk up for the drive home, figured hash browns and sweet tea would do it. I don't know why... but it was mildly busy at 4:30am. Riff raff in the parking lot and I sat for about 15-20 min with no acknowledgement or offerfor a drink or menu, so I left. It was gross and this location is the ONLY waffle house I've had a bad experience at. Get ittogether. Read more

If the service was anywhere near what it normally is, I would have given 5 stars. The strength of the normal service prevented... me from giving 2 stars or fewer. There were 2 people doing other things. One gentlemen took my order and he was free after hedid that. So why did the cook go looking for lids next to where the order taker was standing? Why did the cook walk to theback to look for lids? Any of the other employees could have done that. When the cook finally finished and went to the fridge,someone appeared to be doing inventory. So I had to wait longer. He finally pulled my food and started cooking. When my foodwas done, the order taker was ready! He had the to go plates set up and he was waiting. The cook said "I will get it". Thecook took the plates and covers away, and grabbed two foil wraps. He wrapped my sandwiches for what may have been seconds, butseemed to be minutes. I rushed out with my food and when I got to the car, I noticed the wraps didn't even cover the sandwichesall the way. I come frequently enough, usually in the 6 am hour, that half the order takers greet me and say "Texas sausage andTexas bacon to go"? I was very close, multiple times, to canceling my order on this trip. It just felt like the crew wasTRYING to make me stay there longer. I will not be returning to this facility because of that one day. For others who may readthis, 99% of the time, I have had INCREDIBLE experiences. My food comes to 10 bucks and some change and I tip 5 bucks EVERYTIME!!!! I understand bad days, and people of different skill levels. The time it took just to START my order, then the delaysand poor wrapping were just too much on this particular trip for me to bear. Overall, it is a great place and I urge you to go! Good breakfast, fast. Sausage and biscuits and coffee was about 8 bucks. Large portions and a never empty coffee cup. The... employee's were friendly and efficient. Read more

This place is serving up some awesome customer service! I stopped in this evening and was greeted immediately with warm hello?s... and smiles. The staff got along great with each other, and it showed by the way they communicated the customer orders to eachother. The food honestly was just ok, but it was served fresh and hot.
