I love this chain, but this particular location always disappoints in terms of customer service. Today was unbelievably bad.... Besides getting the vibe that the workers weren't pleased to have to make my order, I was handed a cup with smoothie runningdown the side. When I asked for a napkin, the girl just stared at me, annoyed and didn't move to get me one. I had to ask FOURtimes for a napkin. Why should I have to beg for a napkin?
