I ordered chicken and pizza from the pizza oven on W Tusc the female who took my order was very rude to me. Approximately an... hour and a half later I called to check on my order because it had not been delivered the male employee who answered the phonewas very short with me and stated that my food would be delivered with the hour?. About 15 minutes later the same rude malecalled me and and stated that their Fryer was not working and proceeded to ask if I still wanted the pizza I ordered I said nothank you?I paid for this order on my debit card so I called back to confirm my card was not charged and he rudely told me Isaid I was paying with cash when I clearly gave the female I placed the order with my card # he then proceeded to tell me hedeleted the order in a very disrespectful way after I asked if my card was charged.. The chicken and JoJo's are outstanding! Every time I order the food is always hot and fresh and I really appreciate that. I... ordered a four-piece dinner with JoJo's that I split with a friend because it is a lot of food and can definitely feed twohungry people.
