What is going on with McDonalds lately? They are fast becoming one of the worst fast food restaurants around. This one becoming... one of the worst. RUDE, SLOW, and OUTRIGHT IGNORING CUSTOMERS . I went through the drive thru last night and they were notanswering the menu board at all. The car in front of me just drove forward after about 5 minutes of nothing. I waited a few anddrove foreword after nothing. I sat behind the car at the window about 5-10 minutes and finally they have the car their orderand they left. I pulled foreword and sat there for about 5 minutes while the drive thru girl just kept glancing at me. I yelledin asking if they were ignoring drive thru. She got smart back ?No we?re not ignoring drive thru, it must be broke?. But she wasclearly not going to do anything about it being brok. About 5 more minutes went by and she finally asked what I wanted. About 5more minutes go by and she is asking inside if anyone is making my sandwiches. About 5 or 10 minutes later, I get my food andleave. This restaurant used to be good but has gone WAY downhill in the last year. Don?t ask them anything, they will jump allover you, and then you know what happens to your food. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Read more

I stop at this location often since it?s close to my work. The folks that work here are always so kind and have me in and out.... Haven?t had a bad meal either. Keep doing what you?re doing! Read more
Have not gotten my order right a single time I?ve been to this location and I?m guessing their under staffed because my wait... time is always so long. If your in the area any other fast food joint will be a better option. I would leave a zero star if Icould. Read more

I absolutely love this McDonald?s. Anytime I?m down around this area I stop & get food. They don?t just slap your burger... together & say here you go. They actually make the burger look enjoyable & that?s something you don?t see very often. Out ofevery other McDonald?s in canton this is the best one!!!! ???????????? older lady working there was nice as well actually toldus have a great night & we thanked her! No shortcomings other than the seating and counter. Seemed too boxed in like there was no room for employees or patrons.
