Well they remodel the store, but did not replace the drive thru menu board. Or fix the very narrow drive thru itself. Also,... place out order and specifically asked for tartar sauce and cocktail sauce and end up with ketchup and some sort of very hotsauce. Then get no green beans but end up with a large container of some sort of boring rice stuff. Plus drive thru person gotoffended when we asked if we got tartar and cocktail sauce. When I usually go here every thing is fresh but this time I went I order 3 orders of coconut shrimp and a number 5. And I had to... wait 20 minutes to get it. I get home and the shrimp is fresh but got to old cold pieces of fish!! The fish is the reason I wentand wasted my time!! Now I?m calling so they can make it right but of course no one is answering the phone. Read more
Food was delicious but I do wish they never added a drive-thru..I felt that the experience dining in was best when I was a kid
fish was completely inedible. I normally dont complain but it was so bad this time. My fries were undercooked and the fish was... so overcooked it was like a rock. Half the breading was missing and it was just disgusting. Read more
The food hasn't seemed to diminish in quality.. but the portions are smaller and more expensive. The sweet tea has undissolved... sugar in it. The service takes forever. I hate to abandon an old favorite, but its time . Read more
Usually go to the one in Massillon, but we were in the area so went here. The store was not clean at all and food was average at... best. The workers were very friendly and they seemed short staffed. It would be worth the drive to go to Massillon. Read more
Went through the drive-thru and ordered a number 11 with fries and green beans. There was no shrimp with the order. Ordered a... number 12 with hushpuppies and fries. 4 of the hushpupues were hush puckies. Very hard. The 2 pieces of fish were very dry frombeing so thin. Overall just terrible! Read more
