Myself and some coworkers opted for Jimmy Johns for lunch. The cashier/person taking our order was rude. Card machine was having... issues and instead of being helpful he stood behind the counter saying nothing and making it obvious that he was annoyed by mypresence. When the sandwiches were made the person making them tossed them on the counter. We had go bag our food ourselves(even though we ordered it to go). After leaving the store, we discovered that one of the sandwiches had NO meat on it. Howeverit did contain plastic wrap and a hair. When we called they didn't apologize but said that we could come get a new sandwich butour lunch break was over by this time and we were unable to do this. They offered no other solution. If I could give zero stars,I would. The experience was terrible the whole way around. We work in an office building with 200 or more employees and many ofus frequent this location...don't worry, we won't be "BOTHERING" the employees there any longer. You can keep your plastic wrapand hair sandwiches & give your attitude to other hungry working people that are just trying to get their lunch. Read more
Person taking order was rude. Couldn't eat right away. Just opened sandwich and I ordered a club lulu. No turkey on the... sandwich, just bacon cheese lettuce and Mayo. There's also a hair and plastic wrap on my sandwich. Called and all the could dois offer a replaced. love Jimmy Johns but will never eat at this location again. Ordered a DOUBLE meat roast beef sub that came with absolutely NO MEAT ON IT. That?s all I have to say about that? Offered to... send a new one & it took an hour to receive. I had to call the Store back to inquire where my food was because I thought theyforgot to re-make it. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude when I asked where my order was and stated ?Yeah wedon?t keep track of the delivery driver, he will get it there when it gets there? so I requested to speak to the Manager and hesaid the exact same thing. No apology or understanding that my lunch break was now over and I had to wait an hour after my lunchfor my food. This location needs better management and staff or shut it down. Food is really good & made quickly. Hot guy at the register kept making eye contact with me so I got anxiety almost even got... embarrassed to be ordering a sandwich. I just came from Jimmy John's. It was our first time going and will be out last. I ask about several subs and received no help... except I did get some rolled eyes from the little girl taking my order. The guy who made the subs offered little assistance andthe one standing behind them offered absolutely none except their browsing on their phone. I received my subs threw up oncounter no bag no thank you nothing. Do something with your help. Teach them the value of customer service. Read more
We usually liked going here but no longer. The last three times my husband wanted ham added to the turkey sandwich only to come... home and it wasn't there. Plus both our sandwiches were somewhat tough and neither one of us finished them. Read more

Did curbside, but because there were two cars parked in their curb side, I parked right next to the signs... in the other parking spot, waited 5 minutes and ended up having to go in.
