My parents have been ordering here for YEARS! Never disappoints and the food is delicious.
Second time we have been been overcharged. First time was during the lunch special and was charged regular price. I had ordered... several times before that day the same topping and all and the same woman was always there on Sundays when ordered. She gave mesome song and dance but I just paid full price and didn't go back. After two years we went back and was overcharged once again.Thus time was not the lunch special. For a 1 and a half item pizza was $21. Shame on us. We are fine and see this place shuttingdown. I won't even mention the time we came home with our pizza and found all the cheese and toppings on one side where someoneapparently dropped it or landed on its side and they just threw it back on the shelf. Not the same baked lasagna. Meatballs smaller, prices higher... pizza gave me heartburn. If you cut quality you lose customers.
Just tried placing a order which would have been well over $50 for my family and as I was asking questions so I could feed my... family appropriately and ensuring everyone got what they wanted ?CARLA? the one who was placing my order had the nerve (when Iasked her how much a 4 topping pizza would be) she slams down the phone while doing so clearly you could hear people in thebackground she gonna say WOWWW like it was a problem or like she was paying for my family?s food?Italo?s count your days that isnot how a customer should ever be treated like it was a hassle to do her job then there?s no manager or anyone to speak todefinitely will be speaking with the owner horrible just horrible do better CANTON SOUTH DO BETTER ???????? The pizza here is WAS phenomenal! Then "that" pizza arrived. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering again. We both got very ill... from the sausage (the only topping we both had). It's one of those instances you don't want to repeat. Read more

I did not go to Italo's and pick the pizza up I had it delivered they were here at least a half hour early. the pizza came and... it was piping hot oh my God it was so delicious. furthermore you can tell that they used real vegetables and super duper stringycheese. anybody who loves pizza or is a pizza connoisseur I'll just going to Italo's and Canton south or middle branch.furthermore I would like to say thank you so much to the driver he was awesome he was very professional and expedient. alsothank you to the lady who took the order she was very professional and was very patient and answered every single question I hadabout all the specials anything I had to ask she answered it for me thank you so much italos Canton South Read more
