Terrible management. My wife ordered 2 personal pizzas and jojos. She arrived, the manager took the money and handed my wife the... wrong order. 4 slices of pizza and 2 drinks). My wife tells her it is wrong. The manager assumed no responsibility. Managerhands my wife the incorrect food and says sorry. No refund offered or anything. As a manager it is your job to rectify thesituation, not offer an apology and move about your day. Unprofessional. The first thing she says to me over the phone when Icomplain, ?I couldn?t fix it?. Gionino's is great pizza. We ordered a cheese pizza. It was screaming hot when we picked it up, the cheese was melted and... bubbly with the perfect amount of browning on top. But the CRUST is the real star. It was crispy, chewy and delicious. So goeat some today. Read more
