Service was good food was not edible. I do a gig down in north canton once a year Since there are only 2 fazolis left in the... area.. i try to make it to this one Last year it was awful. This year the food was not edible. The pasta was crunchy... Thatmeans it sat in the pot too long The sauce was under the meatballs. Okay thats lazy I literally could not eat more than a fewbites.. I looked at the reviews. A lot of other people are having the same issue. Which prompts the owner to respond. Lookbuddy if the issues keep happening Theres a problem I didnt want to eliminate my yearly fazolis trip. But two years in a row itsgarbage. We've been coming here for years. It's had it's ups and downs, but over the last year or two, our service and food has been... absolutely excellent. The staff are always friendly and who doesn't love unlimited free bread sticks! Their 6.99 lunch specialis great too. Perfect amount of food and a drink for a good price. Read more
The chicken Alfredo is gross. It?s just water with seasoning. I feel so sick. The only good thing here is dr pibb and the... breadsticks sometimes. If u want good past just pay a lil more for olive garden pls. Read more
Yummy. Wish we still had one in Arkansas. Surprisingly, the chicken wings were pretty good!
I placed an order online. I arrived to pick up the order at the time I was told. I waited 15 minutes in the lobby while my food... was sitting on the counter not finished. They made the drive thru a priority. When I got home with my food . I found the pizzawas not cut all the way through. All the pasta was cold except for the lasagna. When I got home I found that my order was noteven complete. I live 20 minutes from there. I had to drive back up there to get the rest of my order. When you spend nearly $60to feed your family for your kids birthday you expect them to get it right. With all that said. I will not be back for a longtime if at all. Read more
Food was hot the 1st time, they made it right. Also, the taste was great, enough to warrant me to go back. How disappointing.... Food wasn't good, sauce was way off. Noodles too done and it was warm, not hot abit. It'll be a long while before I return, ifever. Read more
