Normally I don?t write one star reviews, but this was the worst experience I?ve had in a restaurant. It took 15 minutes just for... someone to come over and ask what we want for drinks, we almost left because it took so long. Gave us no rolls. Ordered a mediumwell steak, they gave me a completely burnt steak, completely black. Asked for another one and when I finally got it, it had somuch cartilage in it that I couldn?t eat around it, it was every bite making It inedible. This was a $31 dinner. I love gettingsteak at places and this was the first time I?ve ever had one this bad. Also they didn?t even get me my other side that Iordered. My boyfriend got a chicken sandwich and the chicken was so dry he didn?t even want it. He gave the rest to me and Itried it, first bite was fine but I saw what he was getting at, and the second bite I got a mouth full of cartilage from thechicken. We ended up spending two hours here because it took so long the entire time waiting for the waiter, our food, and thenfor our card to get back. Read more
They don?t answer the phone during normal business hours. Called at 8:30pm on a Saturday night. Called 3 times. No answer. You... just lost out on what could have been a $70 takeout order. P.s. Your website for placing orders is horrible - can?t select thetemperature of the meat, is missing items that your takeout menu shows, etc., hence why I was calling instead of using thewebsite. Where can you even start. Made a reservation for 8 people. Got there and the place was almost empty. Then had to wait for 30... min before we just said we would sit at the bar. They didn't have any of the daily specials. They had almost no steaks. Noshrimp. We ordered what they did have available. Our apps came out at the same time as our dinners. About 40 min. almosteveryone ordered med rare. All the steaks came out well done. Missing sides and no sautéed mushrooms. It was the worst steakhouse I've ever been to. 10 out of 10 don't recommend. I had been here before and thought it was decent, but went back recently and was very underwhelmed. I ordered a medium sirloin... and received a well done. I said something because mistakes happen. However the second one brought out seemed barely a mid rare.They did comp my part of the meal which i appreciated and thus a 4 star rather than lower. But two bed steaks in a row from asteak house seemed poor. Wasn't so bad I won't go again sometime, but might order something else. Read more

This is by far one of, if not the worst restaurant I?ve ever been to. The salad was fine and so were the rolls although they... reminded me of buffet rolls. The French onion soup had salad croutons floating in it and it was super oily. The mashed potatoestasted like straight garlic and were inedible. The steak quality wasn?t what I would expect for their prices and neither of oursteaks were cooked properly. Our dinner was $80 for food we mostly couldn?t eat, I definitely wont be returning.
