I ordered pizza yesterday (12-5-2022) from the mobile app, it was suppose to be $57 dollars and a few cents, we paid off of our... debit card and tonight (12-6-2022) we got a notification that PIZZA HUT took $64.00 out of our account. First of all, you?redoing a Tip when we didn?t leave one, secondly that is taken a tip from a customer that has been coming to this Pizza Hut inCanton NC for a few years, when I plainly put on there NO TIP! I called tonight (12-6-2022) to speak with a manger and the girlthat answer immediately hung up on me as I asked to speak with the manger at this location, I called back again some other girlanswered told her my problem and what did she do? She as well hung up! Very rude employees and I will NOT BE BACK! Manger needsto get their employees in line & teach the drivers to not add a tip for themselves when it wasn?t on there for a tip! We did not get everything that was ordered and paid for. I called and get someone that barley speaks English and they are no... where near the store. They put me on hold and that's where I've been for 30 minutes now!Very poor customer service Read more
I was going to leave a bad review but decided that wasn't fair to the 4 or 5 people that worked tonight. I placed an order... online, as I do each time I order from here, and waited until the app said my order was ready. The line at the window was aroundthe building and not moving so I decided to go in and pick it up. I was told it would be 2 minute until the order was done. Ok,no worries. 20 minutes later, still not done. It's 7pm now and I needed to go so I asked for a refund. The district manager camein and took over at this point. I understand at this point why this pizza hut isn't up to standards. Poor leadership isreflected in every aspect of this establishment. The employees are not to blame, the did the best they could under thecircumstances. I got my refund and went away and I will stay away. That will be difficult for me because I like pizza hut butit's a matter of principle now. Never do I wish to encounter that district manager again. Hint for all wishing to order fromhere, go in and order then wait, don't use the app, don't call it in. Order in person as your order will only be started whenyou get there in person. Read more

The Canton Pizza Hut needs to be closed for health reasons. It is so dirty. If the tables are dirty I would hate to see the... kitchen. Food is all over the tables, boxes all over the place. The Health Department needs to check this place . I know placesare having a hard time hiring workers but this turns customers off. I will not return!! Read more
I was highly disappointed that I was unable to order a medium pizza. It's bad customer service and probably means I will not be... ordering from Pizza Hut again. I will try, and if I cannot get a medium pizza, I will not try again. Customer service should notsuffer. What we got was fine, but we have more than half of it leftover. Read more
It was quite good...hot...order was right...courteous..patient. All in all a good experience. I like a thin crust pizza and this... crust was perfect. Thin, crispy but not hard. It's a pretty easy location to deal with, if you want to pick it up. Easy to findand easy in and easy out. Superbowl this weekend guys, here's your pizza...this is the most unexpected Superbowl of alltime...if not for some bad calls it would be Tampa Bay and Kansas City...referees...go figure...but you dont want to miss thisbowl... Ordered a pizza from here lastnight. Was told a little over an hour and a half. I get a call from the store stating he has bad... news. They don't have a driver and no Door dash delivery driver picked up the order. Im fine with not getting my food. (Not thatgood from this store anyway). It's the fact that the manager from the store waiting almost 2 hours to call a d tell me my foodwasn't coming. Could he have told me maybe 30 min into my order or just disable the option for delivery? Won't be getting foodfrom here ever again and don't recommend anyone else do either!! Read more
