Ordered a 3pc meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and slaw. Didn't receive my sides. Called in and the response I got was if... you want to come get or sides we will make a note of it for next time. The quality of the food was great!! But I shouldn't haveto drive back 15 minutes because someone didn't do their job correctly and also I expect a little bit more then they will giveme my sides next time I come in!! ???????? Read more

Well, KFC still makes the best finger licken chicken around. This restaraunt in Candler was a similar reminder of those days. ... In todays hectic lifestyle I was needing to use the WiFI, I asked the drive thru clerk if there was WiFI he said yes but it wasspotty. How true that was. This is why a lower star count for atmosphere. The service was good but I gave the store only treestars because my sweet tea did not have any sugar. One of the clerks tooks some tea from the stores container, sure enough nosugar. They said the night crew forgot the sugar. Yes he or she might have. But, this was late after noon, I sure hope that thetea wasn't sitting all day until I got there? But thchicken was great and so was the mashed potatoes with gravy. This KFC needs a better quality of people. Out of pot pies,out of slaw cook just walked out without notice 99% of employees... outside smoking. Doesn?t care about customers. Ordered a big box of fried chicken and a box of tenders. Fried chicken was good, tenders (which were basically nuggets for how... small they were) had sat and were cold. Service was friendly, but slow. Prices were high for what you get. Overall would notrecommend. Read more
It took over 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Then a couple brought their little doggy into the restaurant in a... stroller. It was no service dog. It was a poodle. NOT HAPPY with our experience today. We thought doggies couldn't be in a placewhere food was served. The man told someone that the dog was spoiled. The manager should have handled this! Read more
They don't go by the price on their menu boards. 3 chicken strips had cost over $10. I wanted an 8 piece bucket of chicken with... the fixings. The menu board said $18.00 and at the window they charged $27 for that meal. I canceled the order. I won'trecommend KFC to anyone. Never get my order right. The closest I can get to my extra crispy order is a mix. And I can't believe just 8pcs cost over $20.
