I literally drive out of my way 2 or 3 times a week to go to the other Wendy's clear across town on my lunch break because every... time I try this particular Wendy's that is less than 5 minutes from my work it s always a horrible experience. They never get myorder right, they are never friendly, they are so horribly slow, the fry cartons are never full (literally less than halfeverytime,) if you can even get your food. There have been numerous times I spent my entire 1 hour lunch break in the drive thruhaving to leave without my food Other times I finally get to the order box only to be told it will be 30 minutes before my ordercan be taken. The other store clear across town is 100% on point. Friendly people, very clean, with quick and efficient service.The difference between the two stores is night and day. I love Wendy s.i sometimes goes here when I get a chance But when I do.this is the only burger place I goes to.they're Open in... the inside from 11 to 4. You don't need a mask to go inside.i eat inside whenever I can.the food is good & drinks are great.theyhave good salads.the food is good value & you won't break the bank.if you need a fast food Jones.go here &if you're in Canton,Msright by sonic & want to go in the inside.come at 11.this is the place to go to.go to Wendy's&you don't need a mask to comein.just come in without a mask. Honestly didn?t even wanna give this a one star I wanted to give it a zero, I was with my family and we got one cheeseburger and... it was SO small and then we ordered a burger it?s a new one and they didn?t didn?t even put barbecue witch came with thesandwich and they also forgot our frosty. Also when we went in and went to pick out our drinks there were 40 didn?t flavors butthey only had 8 diffirent flavors in stock ! Read more
Lacks good customer service skills, literally the guy at the window where you receive your food handed me my order and said... "here". No " hey, how are you?" Or even "hey" and pass me my food. Just "here", and closed the window and turned his back to thewindow talking to another employee. I've been here a couple of times and I not once had a good experience. That's truly sad,the only reason I've went in the past was because I work near this location. Also their Frosty-ccino machine is only up for afew minutes before breakfast ends. I don't understand how people can employ such lazy workers and not correct how they representtheir chain. I hope something changes soon.. because the customer service here is a joke. Even the person who takes your order,it's always "go ahead", or "go ahead with your order", never an actual greeting. Read more
Slow. Don't know the menu. Didn't give us all the bacon we were supposed to have on Baconators. Didn't listen when we... complained. Manager wasn't any better. Bathrooms are disgusting. Stay away. I would really like to talk with the owner. Read more
