I literally drive out of my way 2 or 3 times a week to go to the other Wendy's clear across town on my lunch break because every... time I try this particular Wendy's that is less than 5 minutes from my work it s always a horrible experience. They never get myorder right, they are never friendly, they are so horribly slow, the fry cartons are never full (literally less than halfeverytime,) if you can even get your food. There have been numerous times I spent my entire 1 hour lunch break in the drive thruhaving to leave without my food Other times I finally get to the order box only to be told it will be 30 minutes before my ordercan be taken. The other store clear across town is 100% on point. Friendly people, very clean, with quick and efficient service.The difference between the two stores is night and day.
