Every time you go to this location you have to wait 20 minutes or more for your order. It?s like the place ain?t organized and... more then once I left only to see that my order was not correct. I been in line over 30 minutes straight trying to eat so Idecided that I would write this review and never eat there again. They should get no stars? Read more
Worst fast food experience ever! $30 and 20+ minutes waiting and the food was cold! No napkins, utensils, and no customer... service. Called to speak to a ?manager? and the gentleman on the phone did not seem concerned or surprised with any of myissues. Read more
I rarely rate fast food restaurants anymore because the service is usually so bad. This particular restaurant however, is an... exception. Our cashier was friendly, our food came out quickly, and the facility was super clean. Best Popeyes around. Read more
These folks are slow and lazy. It's my first time coming here and I'm in the drive thru. There is no sign on the drive thru... speaker. Yet the speaker doesn't work. People are sitting there forever trying to determine why no one is responding. The lineis not moving. I've decided to leave. The person running this establishment should be fired. Update. I decided to stay a bitand i called the store while still in drive thru. A woman answered. She sounded tired and defeated. She said there were only Twoppl working. Shame on Popeyes fit not paying a higher wage to attract more staff. Read more

Made an order online. Got to the store and the lobby was closed due to no A/C? Then the drive thru speaker was down so waited 45... minutes in line. Once I got to the window to get my order they gave me the wrong size drink. When I mentioned it the young girlsnatched it out of my hand as if I was the problem. Once I got my order I noticed they didn?t put all my items in the bag.Called the store numerous times and now answer. This Popeyes has to be the worst I?ve visited. Read more
