Honestly, I'm over this McDonald, from serving raw meat to a customer one day, to now me getting burgers with no patties. Do... yourself the favor, safe the trip. Go somewhere,LITERALLY ANYWHERE else. The "deals" is just not worth the below mediocrity thisMcDonald's especially can infamously live up to. I was told to pull to the third window, there were at least 7 cars that had to pull down I was the first too pull down to wait... for my food. All the other cars got their food but I was still sitting there waiting, I asked for a refund they was refusing togive me a refund. Dated 12/3/22: First of all I had to wait 45mins in drive-thur to get my order taken at the McDonald's in Canton, Ms area, when... I finally got it taken , they were very rude and when I got up to point to receive my caramel frappe I was told the machine wasdown, and it was going to take 10-15mins to get drink. They wanted me to park in the parking lot at #2 booth. So I decided to goin and noticed that every customer in there was already complaining about their order and service. Nobody was at the counter totake any orders and saw a guy coming from back where the food was at scratching his head with his gloves on. Finally the girlwas getting ready to bring out my order to car since I met her at the door, I asked her could you provide a straw and she saidstraws at the front like I knew where that was at, and then I told her the frappe was not even frozen instead very liquiditylike it was made in a terrible manner. And then the lady gotten an attitude about refixing my frappe so I decided to get anrefund. I told the cashier who had on very long extended long nails that was not clean that I needed a refund , he then hollerstowards the back to tell whomever I needed a refund. The man which I assume was the manager never apologized, didn't give meany eye contact, made no solution, open the draw and gave me my refund. And then preceeded to walk straight to the back. Thisis the most horrible experience and I will not be returning back again!!! And I will make sure all of my friends know how sorryCanton Ms McDonald's is !!! I advise nobody to buy anything there because if you had of seen how they were dress, terriblemannerism, uncleanness and then have a nerve to have an A on the board you would never go there again.
