Food is great but I went to the drive thru and no one took our order. When we pulled up to the window the lady saw us but never... acknowledged us being there. Bad customer service because all she had to do was tell us they weren?t open or just a minute orsomething. So we drove off. I would feel more comfortable eating sushi in a public bathroom than eating at this arbys! To start with they do not carry the... wagyu burger and they also were out of the Greek gyro and only had half the sauces (they were out of the good ones). I tried toget water from the drink machine and it began to shake violently and a red liquid came out. I realized there was a ?mirror? inthe restaurant but it was so grimy it was hard to see the reflection. Don?t even get me started on how dirty the tables were andhow they were so rickety I was genuinely worried my food would topple them. Also there was a fly problem or more aptly describeda fly army. Staff ignoring drive thru. No signs posted to say drive thru closed. Dirty! Dining room had not been cleaned for a while. Food... on floor and tables. Condiment station barren. One dining table was actually laying on the floor. Overflowing garbage. Staff ontheir phones. Dishing out attitude. No customer service skills whatsoever. Read more
The slider was ok. I asked for hot fries. The fries were warm and old. I told the manager twice they were not hot. She was... adamant that she saw her employee take them out of the fryer. I went through the drive thru and they were pretty fast, the order was correct and the food was delicious.
