Went around 11pm. 30 minute drive thru wait. Pretty sure 2nd shift was just released in the area, because the line wrapped wind... the building and it to the side road. Our order was hot, fresh, and correct. Best thing at White Castle is their chicken ringsand French fries. Read more
I felt like Harold and Kumar!! Been to White Castle twice in my life now, first experience not so great (different location... different state), this time pretty much what I’d expect in service at a fast food restaurant. Burgers took a bit, but to methat means they’re fresh. Tastier than the frozen ones at the grocery store, took some home (7.5 hours away) to the wife.Great sliders! Read more
Despite the kitchen staff of seven (7) employees, it took over 25 minutes to get the four (4) sliders we ordered, and the two... parties that ordered after us were given food 10 minutes earlier than us. Despite all this adversity, I am pleased to informyou they also gave us the wrong food and instead of taking up a debate with their council, we accepted defeat and left tosupport a more competent business. Arrived around 10:45pm, when things start to get busy for late night munchies. I was in a line with about five cars in front of... me just to order drive thru. When I finally got to place my order, the staff member taking our order was friendly and had apleasant tone despite the flux of patrons. It did take us quite a bit to get through the line and get our food but we wereentirely satisfied with our late night experience of ordering 20 sliders and appreciate White Castle’s staff for taking careof us. White Castle comes through in a CLUTCH when you're hungry & it's late night!???????????? Most times the staff is cool, other... times they're ice cold in demeanor, but they are mostly efficient.
