I?d give zero stars if i could, I?m sure they have the headset connected to something other than the drive thru channel, had to... repeat my order three times for them to mess up everything besides the lemonade. Not even sure they know they work at Wendy?shonestly. Stone cold fries, wrong sandwich (lettuce had some brown stuff on it?), wrong nuggets, partially ripped open sauce???Was that even my order?? Good god why did I come here. Get some people with basic communication skills in there NOW! First getthe FDA to check protocols seriously. Wasn?t busy at all, didn?t seem safe to eat either. We need better for the cantoncommunity. Read more

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line to place my order, which took forever. When they finally gave it to me I get the... drink holder after I get all 4 of my drinks. I get all the way home and my sandwich is wrong and I am missing something. I live20 minutes away and stopped there after shopping. This is the worst place on the planet. This was the first time I have been to a Wemdy's in about 5 yrs. Service was Fast, Food was Awsome, Atmosphere was Fantastic.... Great Job to the Ladies behind the Counter. Fries ???? were really good, burger ????with bacon ???????????????? was Yummy.???????? Read more

I waited in line for 20 minutes and i get to the window and they give me the wrong order .. i tell them and turns out the girl... handing out the food gave the people infront of me the wrong order too. So they go to remake my food and they dont even do itright and this is what they give me ? they didnt even bother apologizing about it either. Read more

8/15/22 at 11:15 AM. They couldn't complete my order without the usual Wendy's extended wait and rude service. So I drove off... after paying, without getting my entire order. Paying them for no food will hopefully be my motivator to NEVER go back to thisHome of Rude Staff. McDonalds, Burger King, Culver's, Arby's all within a block... the owner at Wendy's should really thinkabout what it takes in that market to keep customers. It totally makes sense why Wendy's is always the shortest drive-thruline. Read more

We pulled up to the drive through and sat there for 15 minutes until my wife went in and asked if they were open. We then... ordered and waited another 15 minutes at the drive through window while your employees walked around like they were lost. Theolder white woman, who I assume was the manager was out smoking. A black male finally approached the window and gave us ourorder. He seemed to know what he was doing. Did a drive thru a little over and hour ago at this location. My only complaints I have is the long wait and our fries were not... "hot and crispy" as advertised. I thought that hot and crispy fries would be my reward for waiting to order for over 15 minutesbut that was not the case. The sandwiches we ordered was fresh though and staff was nice too. They just need to improve the waittime and living up to the "hot and crispy" fry Guarantee. Sincerely, I still rock with Wendy's. Read more
