Had one of the premium burgers. It was good, but too much sauce. It was all over the inside of the wrapper and even on the... outside some. I find that this is the general case with fast food sandwiches now. The buns get soggy from so much sauce. I gaveit a 4 star as the burger itself was actually good overall. Read more
Drive thru takes at least 10 mins per car and doesn?t allow multiple orders per vehicle, food is garbage, avoid this location at... all costs! Every other location does multiple orders and the food is made much better at other locations, fries are always coldat this location. Read more
I just left the drive through and the manager was yelling at the woman handing my food publicly. She was speaking down to her... and belittling her. I felt it was inappropriate and unprofessional. Now granted I don?t know the backstory obviously, but tospeak to anyone like that period, and especially in front of customers is not okay. I didn?t want to check or embarrass anyonepublicly, so as soon as I left I called to speak to the manager privately about how that looks from a customers perspective andhow I felt it was a bit inappropriate, and the manager got an attitude with ME and was extremely passive aggressive and hung upon me. That tells me all I need to know about the manager. Not to mention the girl she was talking to like a child didn?t say aword back to her that I saw. Wendy?s, this is how you allow your managers to speak to their employees? I would hope this iscorrected because when no one stands up for the little guy, that?s how you get a high turn over rate. We need to do better atour big age. You give a manager a little bit of power and that goes to their head. It doesn?t matter what the back story is atthis point, treat people with kindness. My review places no blame on the actual staff running the night shift. Blame goes 100% to the business owner who seemingly can't... be bothered to identify staffing issues. By far the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. The order is usually correct and hotwhen I get it, but I have to wait in line for 30 minutes just to place an order even with a fairly short line. Why has the ownernot hired a second cashier? More line cooks? It's been 2 years since the pandemic started, your excuse of "nobody wants to work"is about as stale as my order from your franchise last night. Welcome to capitalism, when you can't buy something at the oldprice, you pay more. Pay more for your employees, and you'll get employees. Simple as that. Read more
