This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons. I?m done. I will inconveniently drive to another Tim Hortons. They consistently get my... order wrong. And today was the final straw. They had a line of about 20 people and after waiting in line they messed up mycoffee order. As usual. The dining room was closed so I couldn?t even go inside to tell them. And of course they don?t answerthe phone when you call. To make matters worse, when I get back in line and tell her that she messed up my order, she takes myorder from me, fixes it, and hands it back. No apology and extremely grouchy. Has really gone down recently. Very slow service. Ordered a grilled cheese panini combo. ( this location doesn't serve soup... anymore)Got to the window to be told they were out of panini bead? I could have gotten bagel, wrap or croissant..Best thoughtwas wrap. It tasted like American cheese melted in tortilla. 20 minutes later $7 wasted on chips and drink. Read more
Went there today walked in the Wendys side, stood at the register for two minutes then someone came over to me and said it?s... drive-through only. Not the best in town. The quality of service has gone down hill over the last few years . When you order a double double you... normally get a coffee with just cream and no sugar. Over the last few weeks I?ve had to bring sugar packets to add to my coffeebecause they never make it right. There is another Tim Hortons down the street that is better.
