Absolute worst Subway location!!!! Stay far away from this one!!! Not only was the food not even remotely edible the staff are... THIEVES! On 3/1/2022 When I was cashing out for my subs I didn?t realize right away that the total was different then what shetold me. Luckily, I asked for my receipt being that I swore she told me $28.25 but then the credit card screen said $32.48. Iwas in a rush since it was lunch time but when I got a look at my receipt I couldn?t believe they decided to take it uponthemselves to tip $4.23!?!? When I went to check out there was nothing indicating for me to leave a tip on the card machine. Iget home and tell my husband and of course he is very upset. We call Subway and speak to the manger there. A lady with a badattitude answers and gets defensive right away. Saying she did not do the tip herself. Even telling my husband she doesn?t knowwhat he?s trying to pull!? Are you kidding? You steal and tip yourselves but we are trying to pull something!? Good job makingthe situation worse! The worst place to go for sub. Lady named Justice is extremely arrogant and ridiculous. Kids walked in to subway with already... bought chips packets from outside which are big than subway packets. After I saw the charge for chips, I explained Justiceshowing the packet size, without listening to me, she used all the bad language. I asked to call manager, she called and didn'tgive to me to talk. She used F word and all bad words before kids. I was almost calling cops, but kids are waiting, so didn'tcall as time is running out. Sub is worst too. Buy one footlong when you order 2 footlong deal is not available here. I paid forall the 4 footlong. Worst experience with staff, food and coupons they don't accept here. Read more
The worst sub i ever had. When i opened it all the sauce and veggies were out in the paper. How do one expect to eat a sub like... this! Horrible and very bad experience. Think the employees need training how to make a good sandwich. Read more
Went in ten minutes to close Thursday night. I am also a restaurant manager and would?ve never went in if I knew what time it... was. Victor was so awesome. He had a line of people and the only one making food. He made small talk, said he had been thereall day and had to be back in the morning. I apologized for coming in so late and he said well it?s my job! He was just so nice.I?ve worked in this business over twenty years and I was so impressed by his professionalism. Read more
