You don't have coffee? Your crew doesn't understand that cold brew Is coffee? I ordered one iced cold brew w/ choco cream, and... one iced coffee black. This concept mentally broke your help. Her response was "we don't have iced coffee, I can make you anEspresso and blend it if you want" - I said "no, I don't want it blended I just want ice in a cup with coffee over it." - "wecan't do that here" she responded - I countered "so you don't have ice? How will you make my iced cold brew?" her eyes glazedover in more confusion. "we have the cold brew, not coffee" (please someone teach the barrista that cold brew Is coffee) - "okcan I get 2 cold brews, make one black" - after about 3 minutes of trying to dumb down my order and $10+ later, the other girlproceeds to make my 2 drinks. She filled the cup with half cold brew, then put WATER in it (I have never seen such an atrocity)then added ice. Such a waste of money, it was absolutely nasty. Cold brew IS coffee, brewed cold with water, why would you addmore water to it the fact? It was terrible. My husband didn't even finish it. And he never wastes food things. Read more

I?m a Starbucks fan but the lines in the Drive-thru are unbelievable. I must also say that my rewards app have been on the Fritz... lately so I?m not getting my points, which is a bummer and makes my visits less often. Read more
