When I first started going to this McDonald's, it was good. Now it sucks. Can't even make a double cheeseburger correctly. Paid... for 2 double cheeseburgers ....I got the double cheese But Only A SINGLE PATTY ON EACH! Called them and was told if I couldn'tcome back right then, they couldn't correct THEIR MISTAKE. I was on a 30 minute lunch break. If they didn't take 20 minutes toget you through the line (it wasn't even busy) I might have been able to make it. since when do these onions go on a quarter pounder? it makes a huge difference in the taste. at least inform the customer that... you are out of silvered onions instead of giving people whatever you want. your ice machine is already broken. what a waste of$11 and my dinner. thanks a lot. Read more
Literally the worst drive through ever. Completely unorganized constant skipping everytime i come to this location a car manages... to cut me off or they attend the other line. Food comes out mediocre in temperature and the attitude by everyone is atrocious.Go to the other one by ford road or in Belleville.. I?d actually rather drive to inkster rather then wait in line for 30+minutes to receive cold food? Worst McDonald ever! Don?t come to the one in Canton! Friendly staff, but messed up my order twice. One I caught at the counter, but I should have checked the bag before I got down... the road, so I would have caught the other mistake. Fast, but needs a bit more attention to detail. Read more
The food was as expected. Hot and ready when I reached the drive thru window. The issue was the next day when two charges ($50... and $29) for Arch Card refills appeared on my account. Apparently someone who works at the facility used my information to loadcards. Read more
So slow and then you don?t even have a sign that your lane two is down you just let people go into that lane after waiting 10-15... minutes. It takes 15 maybe 30 seconds to take a sign out and say your lane is down. Read more
Play scape is not yet open due to covid restrictions. There is minimum interaction with staff as all ordering is through... kiosk. Disappointed as there were no cups for ketchup and the hot chocolate machine was getting cleaned up. So had to wait 20mins. But the end product - premium hot choclate was Sooo good. And they forgot my lettuce in my Mc Chicken. Anyways had a goodtime with my kids nonetheless. Read more
