I want to recognize this restaurant for excellence in service. The crew is friendlier than family to me. I feel valued and... respected as a customer and person at this restaurant. The first few times I suspected they might be disingenuous because theywere just so friendly. My subsequent visits have verified that in fact they are sincere in their kindness. Twice in the last month I have order food and have waited an hour for it to be delivered. Now I understand that there's a bit of... a time wait for food delivery, not only are they making the food and then sending it out, but an hour for 2 sandwiches is a bitextreme. I could have ordered a whole pizza and had it quicker then this, and they actually have to cook that. Very disappointedwith this location. Read more
I called to have my food delivered. It took forever. It had been over 45 minutes. I had to call the restaurant and ask what was... going on. I had to ask them where my food was. They said they were short a worker. You should have extra help on the weekend.After waiting for forever, the delivery driver called me saying he couldn't find my address. Ummm I gave you the address nowfind the matching numbers on the apartment building. Just that simple. When I finally got my sub, the taste was just average.Tasted like something I could have made at home.
