Order takeout through the app. I arrive and on my phone I put ?I arrive ? on the app.waited for 5 min no Oder yet when it state... ?on the way ? call the store the lady answers with a nasty attitude and saying your not coming in ? I though they brought yourorder to your car my apologies then she brings to my car with an attitude and does not say a word and walks away. I get home myfood is cold and my eggs are not even have cheese on then which I paid extra for cheese! Very disappointed in the service Ireceive and my order! Do better or use a customer! Read more
Tracy was an absolutely amazing server!! Had a party of 10 and she took her time waiting on us and made sure everything was... perfect and she brought an extra pancake at the start for my 3 y.o. which allowed us to feed him before we got our food! Everything was great! The only issue we had was our drink glasses were dirty. But our waiter took care of it fast and... apologized. But hey sometimes dishwashers don't get everything clean. I know my machine misses something sometimes. But thisplace is great and food is so delicious! Read more
Our waitress ignored us until she didn't have a choice..didn't bring straws with our drinks, didn't bring silverware with our... food, never asked if we needed anything. They were cash only and I went up to pay, and our waitress came to check us out. I hadto argue with her for the 0.86 change that I was owed..she told me they "weren't giving change.." I told her I was owed change,so she went to the manager for it.. food was good, but service was not. Read more

The worst experience I have ever had at an Ihop Restaurant. After ordering our food, we had to request silverware, and we were... given plastic silverware while all other customers in the restaurant were given non-plastic silverware. The quality of the foodwas horrible and shockingly the quantity was the lowest. My son was given 1 strip of bacon and it looked like the quantity ofthe eggs was literally 2 bites. The sausage links had a smell to it and tasted horrible and not fresh. The pancakes were coldand not fresh. The coffee tasted like it was sitting around for hours. The waitress also failed to provide us with napkins. Thehostess upfront who seated us showed a horrible attitude. We asked for a booth and she told us that all booths were taken or notclean. There were multiple tables in the restaurant that were not clean and were left with dishes from the previous customers. Read more
Took my daughter out for a mommy daughter date and had Mary Ell as our server. She was the absolute BEST! She was very... attentive, interactive (didn't just take the order and peace out), treated you like you were part of her family. Had a halfway decent breakfast here. The atmosphere is good, they have a fireplace here, it was warm and cozy! My service was... wonderful too! The grits however were instant grits and they were lumpy, they could have done a better job on those! Cuz I lovegrits! Read more
