I went in there for the first time yesterday. I did not know how to place an order let alone what to order. This location is a little rough with how it's managed compared to many other Chipotles. Majority of the time it's either Online... Orders only or Cash Only and they can't give you change back. The food is good, but it's unfortunately rare when an online orderis accurate. Hoping that this location can become a little more organized in the future. Read more

My coworkers and I placed an online pickup order, 2 of us ordered fajita veggies and did not recieve them, and our chips were... stale. Tried to call the restaurant just to get some verification and talked to a robot for no reason..because we went into theapp and couldn?t even talk to anyone? it told us that there was nothing that they could do for us.. this was a huge let down. sobe careful and make sure y?all check your online orders Read more

I love Chipotle and nothing complained, but I just wanted to share you have to place order online or app in advance and then go... pickup there. They don't take any order at the counter due to short hands situation which many places are struggling right now. This is as of 6/18/22. I would recommend to check with them if you still have to place order in advance or they can take orderat the counter. Read more

This is the worst Chipotle. We ordered online, my son drove to pick it up. He got there 9:43p. The order was not ready. He was... told they had no white rice. He said he can take it without rice, then they told him they are actually closed and gave him awebsite to claim the refund. This is the second time in a row this place disappoints us and we don?t order out often. Neveragain. Read more

So? they don?t take cash right now, they have no fajita veggies and the counters are filthy. But the best pet was when the guy... dropped the cap from his sharpie marker into the guacamole tub, picked it out and threw it on the counter, and kept working likeit was no big deal! ???? Read more

Highly disappointed in both the food and service! This is the kids quesadilla, they cook it with the tin foil on. It sat cooking... for longer than 10 minutes and I had to remind the person working that I was waiting for it. The tin foil is so stuck to thefood that it probably will not be edible! They were out of peppers and onions and the brown rice is hard. They were less thanfriendly. You can either tell that they are new or just don?t care in service or food quality. I?m not sure if there was amanager working, but they really need someone to go in and train and ensure things are running correctly. It?s a very busy placeand I won?t be back if this is what I will get! From reading other reviews, this is a consistent issue. Hope they fix it! Read more

Recently ordered online and our entire order was wrong, and the order wasn?t even ready until 10 minutes after the time we set... up. Also had issues with making sure the order time was what we wanted within the app. Ordered a burrito, and got a bowlinstead (with corn added that we didn?t want). The other was missing only sour cream. Overall, a bad experience. Read more
