We ordered my daughter the ?Ice Cream Float Cake? for her birthday. The cake looked like a first grade student made it during... recess!! It was half melted, no cherry, no straw and leaning to one side! It was also much, much, much smaller than thepicture displayed on their website. I asked if anyone could doctor it up and make it semi presentable (with tears), the?manager? told me I would have to pay extra! He was very rude, unprofessional and had no customer service skills! Came here with about 45 minutes before closing to get ice cream and the door was locked. Only drive-thru was available so it was... hard to sample flavors and decide what to get. I would not come here again Read more

It?s happened to me twice. Manager was very rude. Probably management should look into this. He gives wicked smile after giving... rude answers. Never going to this shop again. Ice cream is good. There are other Baskin Robbins here in canton. Highly notrecommended this place. Read more
So disappointed. The manager was uncooperative & was not making any sense. I paid for my order in rush (ice cream cones in the... drive thru) but unfortunately, would not recommend. The best ice cream in the world and also the worst customer service in the world. These people have NO personality at all. It's... like they're not even happy that you came in to their empty store to buy ice cream. This visit was no fluke it's all the timefrom all employees .
