We ordered my daughter the ?Ice Cream Float Cake? for her birthday. The cake looked like a first grade student made it during... recess!! It was half melted, no cherry, no straw and leaning to one side! It was also much, much, much smaller than thepicture displayed on their website. I asked if anyone could doctor it up and make it semi presentable (with tears), the?manager? told me I would have to pay extra! He was very rude, unprofessional and had no customer service skills!
