If I could post less than 1 star I would. We used to go here fairly often. I ordered an açaí bowl a few weeks ago over the... phone. My bowls are fairly simply. Granola, açaí, strawberries, blueberries and peanut butter. The girl in the phone was notpolite and struggling to enter the custom bowl. She kept sighing on the phone and yelling out for help to someone working withher. When I picked up my bowl she said they didn?t have blueberries and asked if I wanted to add something different. I declinedand paid for my bowl. I think it was 16-17 dollars. I made a huge mistake not looking at the bowl or assuming that in theabsence of blueberries she would have just added extra strawberries. As I drove away and opened the bag I found a bowl with asmall amount of açaí, something that looks like dry oats (not granola), 4 strawberry quarter size slices that I don?t eventhink equaled one full strawberry and A blob of peanut butter on the side. It was the worst excuse for a bowl I?ve ever seen andI was so irritated that I had already driven away and was running late and didn?t have time to go back. Super fresh, tasty, friendly and courteous folk, andd easy to find parking. Rare healthy and delicious gem in the south shore /... southwest Boston area - would def recommend for anyone looking for a healthy and fair priced option for bowls, sandwiches,smoothies, esp in this summer heat. Read more
I ordered ocean breeze smoothie and Cesar salad. The smoothie came completely blue; clearly the wrong smoothie and had blue ... spirulina which I did not order and yet had no taste. The salad was so disappointing, kind of hard to mess up a simple salad. Idon?t know why the salad dressing was added to it and not on the side. The lettuce was already wilted maybe to disguise it? Disappointed to say the least. Ordered an acai bowl and the presentation was sloppy. I had to ask for my pineapple to be sliced... a bit more. Ordered Huevos Rancheros and again sloppy. Limited parking. Overpriced. Cashier was on her phone. Paid $25 forsimple food with poor experience? Read more
One item that I ordered was the Acai bowl and you don't get a lot for your money the items I purchased had decent flavor but the... serving sizes were ridiculously small for what you pay, additionally to add less than a tablespoon of coconut was $1.00 same for7 blueberries. I understand that healthy food is the gimmick (even though they sell avocado toast covered with egg and baconlol) I mean it is in the name [FIT]fuel but if you are going to give less than half of the industry standard you shouldn'tcharge the same prices or more. Great food and staff. To share, we went with a Roast Turkey "Reuben" and Roasted Carrot Ginger Garlic soup. A couple of... SpinDrift sparklings to hold us over. Soup came with house made chips. Did not disappoint! The grilled sandwich arrived soonafter and was a hit. Plenty of moist turkey with raddichio, fontina, green apple and sage aioli. 0 stars if I could! Terrible place!!! Everything looked so dirty! Ordered an açaí bowl and watched the cashier cut all the... fruit with no gloves or washed hands, the açaí itself was scooped from a bucket that was sitting on the counter not evenrefrigerated. The fruit was mushy and looked like it had been sitting there for days. This is not a safe place to eat!! Wasted $14 on the worst açaí bowl I?ve ever had, please ignore the few good reviews and don?t ever come here!! Read more
