So, I was having a rough day and decided to go to DD to get my pep back. I was in Canton on business and dropped by the local... DD. Wow what a great place! Usually when you stand in DD there is a overwhelming smell that punches you in the face. Not here.The staff were all eager to help me and did a tremendously fast job of getting my order. The price they give you on the speaker is never the price that they say when you pull up. The digital display does not work.

so so so slow. took thirty minutes to make my order when there was barely anybody else in the store, and also forgot my muffin.
Such a bad experience! I get that the world is short-staffed, but that doesn't excuse bad employees.
Completely rude staff. I pointed out to them that their sweetener dispenser is dispensing too much sweetener (ask for 1 Splenda... and it tastes like 6 are added) and the woman behind the counter started yelling at me. Ordered a sandwich in the drive thru. The order came back completely wrong. Fine. Not a problem. Drove back, stood in line to... correct. They got the order wrong again. Told the lady who prepared my sandwich.. she takes it, doesn?t make a new one. She juststrips the part of the sandwich I?m allergic to off the sandwich (as if I couldn?t have done that), re-wraps it, and hands itback to me. I?m generally slow to write a bad review, but the woman making the sandwiches was incredibly rude, obnoxious, andmade a simple fix a huge issue. Read more
