The drive thru at this location is horrendous. Everytime I come through here they cannot handle more than one car..... the car... in front orders then goes to the window to get.... which usually takes 5 minutes and it is not until the car gets their item andstarts to take off that I get asked what I want. Very slow process. This is more like American slow walks on dunkin donuts.,instead of runs. 15 to 20 mina to get one drink. Walk in is no better, even with call ahead. I don't know what's going on with drive thru but it takes anywhere from 10-30 minutes per vehicle. It's often so slow the only... way to move up the line is from people giving up and driving off. Read more
Employees were not very friendly. Everything we ordered came out as expected but good hospitality goes a long way.

The people who work there just don?t care every time I go to this one I ask for a lemonade refresher, and they put green tee in... it, then when I ask for it to be made with lemonade instead of green tea they won?t make another one and just dump lemonade ontop of the green tea. And the sandwiches are made so messy and barely warm. If you want your food and drink made right avoidthis dunks at all costs. Read more
Literally took over 30 minutes to get my order. Staff are rude and you can tell they take long on purpose (they spoke in Spanish... saying it, to their surprise, I understood). Read more
This Dunkin' is very inconsistent with its coffee. Sometimes ok and other times burt and bitter. Never a perfect cup. As a fast... food service there should be no excuse for it. There is a formula that is tried and true that it seems the workers are nottrained to follow. Read more
Absolutely horrible! If you drive by this location, keep going. Employees could not care less, place is painfully slow, and... coffee always tastes bad. Not worth the money, time, or effort. Go to Hyde Park if you want quality Dunkin. Read more
