Apparently they are still out of supplies, but well stocked on attitude! They didn't have half the flavors, no waffle cones (of... any kind), no cherries, and no nuts. The clerk didn't wash her hands or wear gloves while handling our ice cream. She also wasnot friendly. Read more
Horrible snotty customer service in Canton, IL Just went thru the drive thru Sept14 at 4pm. Mom was driving and went past the... ordering speaker because you cant read the menu that is up farther. She wanted a prepackaged quart of chocolate. A car pulled upbehind her, so to be curteous she drove around to the window to order. A young cashier was snotty to mom from the start. Momsaid she had a question about the prepackaged ice cream...Cashier asked "What about it?" Mom asked "did they have chocolate",(because last time they only had vanilla)to which the cashier replied "I dont know".. she asked someone and came back with aquart of chocolate. Mom asked "do you have a special, 3 for so many?" Cashier replied "I dont know and seemed highlyirritated..." mom said she'd like 1 strawberry, 1 vanilla, and 1 chocolate...meanwhile another associate brought 3 chocolatequarts to the window. Cashier told the other worker she didnt want 3 chocolate...There is a Dunkin Donuts in same store, andthey are constantly out of certain donuts. Mom asked what kind of donuts she had left...(mom was after 1 jelly filledsomething.) Cashier asked if she wanted a chocolate donut or powdered top?? So I said "A chocolate donut with filling" (cause Icouldnt remember name and was trying to help.) Mom was like no, something with jelly filled. Cashier got nasty, and refused tolet her order a donut saying she was backing up the drivethru line and needed to come inside. My mom can barely walk, so to denyher the order that was sitting right there is beyond cruel. Hope that young snotty worker is happy. ps. When your waiting on acustomer its customary to let the customer finish ordering before you start telling them totals. Neither of which was done oreven asked "what else can I get you" ... Read more
Went to Baskin Robbins last night. They were out of cookies & cream ice cream, vanilla ice cream and things to make banana... splits in. We were charged full price for 1/4 of the size of a regular banana split. Not a good experience. Read more
Great ice cream. Hard to beat Baskin-Robbins. They're the pros. The ice cream shop is located in tandem with Dunkin Donuts... under one roof. The establishment has a drive-up for your convenience. Prices are reasonable. Read more
