This place is a nightmare. The owner should really consider going through the drive-thru themselves. Maybe then they?d have a... better understanding of how poor the service and food quality is here. I?ve been here a total of three times. The first twotimes I was met with less than enthusiastic employees, but the food was fine. My third visit was definitely my final one. Iabsolutely refuse to eat here after the way I was treated by the drive- thru cashier. You may have refused to personally give meyour name after rushing me through my order, making smart comments about menu items and slamming the window in my face; but itdoes appear on the receipt when you?re logged in Genius. You absolutely should not have ANY job in customer service STEPHANIE. Isincerely hope they owner takes steps to improve every facet of this business. When you get it right it's great. But here lately you can't get a simple order correct, got biscuits instead of toast, no cheese... on eggs and no tater tots. How can you mess that much up on one order and it's about twice a week or happens my mom and I eatthere three or more times a week. It's so aggravated to get home and it's wrong. Read more

We love Krystal! The food was good, but it was cold by the time we drove 2-3 miles to get home. Some fast food is no longer... tasty when you rewarm it; however, our Krystal meal remained delicious! Read more

I understand people have good and bad days at work. But this cashier was so rude while she was taking our order. Not only did... she rush us to place are order. When we pulled up to the window she was on the phone the entire time and leaning on all of thecounters and doing other inappropriate things while we was at the window. We ordered 12 Krystal?s and 2 fries The Krystal had some much salt and pepper on them we just tossed in the trash, this is got... the be the worst krystal we have had in over 40 years, and have the guts to charge over 20 dollars for 12 krystal and 2 fries,all fast food is getting to high, time to just cook at home.
