You might not realize it, but Ingles is not a good value. The prices are on par with Publix but you're shopping in a place... that's way past its prime. It seems to be pretty common with the three grocery chains based in North Carolina?Ingles, Food Lionand Lowes Foods: Old, run down, not so great prices. This place has made me a believer in Ingles. Great produce, great meats, you can find anything you?re looking for on the... shelves. The wine selection lacks over other stores but you can still find the staples. Sometimes the cashiers aren?t thequickest - but honestly it?s just nice to see kids working these days. Read more

Ingles has the best salad bar and food court area around in a canton grocery store!! There people are always friendly and all... the fruit is always fresh.. if u have not tried the salad bar please do its the best!!!! Read more
Staff is rude. If you ask where something is, they roll their eyes at you as if you're bothering them. Boxes and carts were all... over the store this morning at 9:30 and were in the way. I saw customers waiting to get items on shelves and instead of staffassisting or excusing themselves, they stood there blocking the items while talking with other employees. Employees did notspeak or smile...not friendly at all. 1 male employee in produce was pleasant. Read more
