I love their food, but the service at this location has gone downhill. This is the third time in a row my order has been wrong.... I repeated my order to the girl twice and when I get to the window she tells me the wrong combo. I reiterate for a third timefor the extra piece of toast and she says " yeah yeah" get home....no extra toast! Read more

Thanks for getting my order wrong. At least yall are consistent with most fast food joints on accuracy of order. 30 min away,... open the sandwich and it's covered with everything that doesn't make it "plain". Waist of money. Even after the dude at thewindow needed to ask what my order was 4 times. Guess 4 times wasn't enough. Geniuses here at this spot. My food is in thetrash. Allergic to what yall put on it. A$$E$$! Best chicken around Canton for sure Guthrie's is some gold ol fashioned southern fried chicken and this location is amazing,... great atmosphere and you would think your in that other chicken place with all the Christian music playing. I went by and the employee was short with me and seemed bothered that she had to take my order. The whole situation put me off.... I don?t really revisit establishments where I don?t receive the bare minimum of decent customer service. I?m hesitant to go backbecause I don?t really need that kind of negativity in my life.
