BEST BBQ SPOT!!! Today was the first time we visited Four 41 BBQ after many people recommended it. WHY DIDN?T WE COME HERE... SOONER?! Best BBQ place we?ve ever been to. Not only was the vibe awesome (Julia was fantastic, made great recommendations, andreally took care of us, and the owner came out to speak to us who was knowledgeable and kind) but the food was OUT OF THISWORLD. I had the pulled pork sandwich with pimento and cheese grits as a side. This was the most tender pork I have ever had. I enjoyed... the flavor before I began to dredge bites through the variety of sauces available. Which sauce was my favorite? Yes! The pimentoand cheese grits were not bad but fell short of my expectations. I would try a different side next time. Choose the option tohave pickles and onions included on your plate. Great food! This was my first visit but I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area. I had the Brunswick stew and the... brisket plate. They ask you whether you want your brisket lean or fatty or a 50/50 mix if the two. I went with the 50/50. Ireceived 2 nice sized slices, one was leaner than the other but both were delicious. The Brunswick stew was really good as weremy sides. I had the collards and the Mac n cheese. Also sampled some of my husband's pimento cheese grits. They were very good.I wish I had ordered that as an additional side for myself. As other reviews mention no sauce is needed for the BBQ but Isampled some anyway. I enjoyed the vinegar and the peach!
