Terrible service, we try this location once every few months...each time to date they messed up our order. Espresso machine has... been down for at least 3 months (perhaps intermittently). They serve crispy chicken when ask for grilled, mess up milk and sugarcontents in coffees each time, and even served me a burnt egg McMuffin! We avoid now. Read more

Unreal. Absolutely the worst service ever at any McDonald's patronized in my 50 years of being a customer. It needs to be... stated that I understand that most companies are currently having severe staffing issues. That being said if a business cannotprovide a minimum standard of courteous service, close your doors forever. As this McDonald's should. Not an isolated incidentand I try to post positive reviews as I completely understand that more people tend to write reviews for bad service and rarelypost a review for exceptional service. So it's safe to say that I'm being fair in this case when I say, close down for a fewdays and train the employees you have managed to employ in basic customer service. This locations employees do not even havebasic manners that you teach a child. The old "customer is always right" is not how I feel. "The customer is rarely right,however, they are never wrong". It is your employees job to ensure that any issue is handled in a courteous and fair manner.Handing over money for anything should be taken with a smile and the employees accepting it should realize that part of themoney a customer is giving is in a way partly theirs. It is so easy for a customer to use that money somewhere else. The costto get a customer into your store is enormous. Advertising, nice clean building and grounds, signage, deals and promotionsspent. All that is completely thrown out the window when staff cannot provide communication, understanding and courteousinteraction. The issues with this location are long to list and this is already a long review. My advice to anyone thinking ofspending money here, keep driving to the next McDonald's. Always messing up my order. Bunch of kids working there to busy looking for thirst traps on their phones. 3rd time im missing a... stankin cheeseburger. ???? i wonder where they go, the cheeseburgers i mean... do they hop out the bag on the way to the windowor did they put up such a fight they just fought off the employees. It looks like this place need management more than anything! I waited 20 min this morning and I was the only car in that place ,... and after all they still managed to give me the wrong order . 1coffee and breakfast BLT takes 20 min? They don?t have kids toys or yogurt with the happy meals. Which they don?t tell you about when ordering. Every time I?ve ordered... a double quarter pounder, it has the smaller Big Mac patties. Save yourself and your kids disappointment and go to anotherlocation. Read more
