Excellent food and service! Drinks were on point. My wife and I really enjoyed our meal!

Last Friday we waited 45 minutes for a table which was fine… but then we waited 30 minutes for the waitress to come to our... table after being seated. There was never any apology. I saw our waitress all of 2 times our whole meal and had to stand up toask for drinks from another waitress because I couldn’t find ours. An apology at any point to say we are busy would have beennice. But there was no acknowledgment of the 3 hour dinner experience we had. I’m not joking when I say we were there from 6pmto 9pm at night. The chef was great and food was delicious, but I wouldn’t go back due to the poor communication on wait timeand disregard for people’s time. Read more

Wonderful service. Went when they opened and enjoyed a delicious meal. Son got the Emperors Deluxe which came with almost... everything and it was such a huge portion! All of our meals were fantastic and the hibachi chef and server made sure to make ourson feel extra special on his big 13th birthday. 10/10 recommend. Read more

We had an amazing experience this evening at Nagoya! We had Joe as our Hibachi chef and he was by far the best most interactive... and animated chef I've had in 25 years of eating hibachi. Our chef referred to himself as Saki Joe and he lived up to that name.We had a fantastic time with him. Between the zucchini throwing, saki races, peeing water boy, egg spinning, and onion volcanoesit was an amazing experience. Thank you Saki Joe for a memorable evening! The food was spectacular, well seasoned and the meatwas very tender and fresh. You're able to request extra rice in place of other items which is important to me as I am not a hugevegetable person. Also despite the menu saying "or" for noodles and rice; both are definitely included. The salad was fresh andthe ginger dressing is in house. The clear onion soup was very flavorful the right temp and delicious. I had the chicken mealand my party all together tried almost the entire menu eating a total of the steak, scallops, shrimp, and chicken. All werephenomenal. Their yum yum sauce is made in house and also some of the best I've ever had. Best hibachi experience I've had inyears. We can't wait to come back! Read more

Phenomenal food and employees ???? My grandma and I decided to order food to go while in the car at Giant Eagle and then when I... saw how big the restaurant is inside, we decided to eat inside (my first experience eating in a restaurant in 2 years!). Theemployees were patient and understanding and wonderful. The food is the best I've ever had, hands down! My grandma evendecided the sushi looked good enough to try for the first time and enjoyed it! We went here for my son's birthday. There were a lot of us so they put us in a private room in the back which I thought was... nice. The waitress was great. Even with 15 of us she kept us with our drinks and everything else. The food was very good. Weloved the crab rangoon. It is hard to find good ones around here and I almost didn't order them but I'm glad I did. My onlycomplaint would be that our chef didn't speak a whole lot of English so when we was cooking the steak it was difficult to try totell him who wanted medium rare, medium, medium well, well. We had to kind of watch it and then tell him when to take it off andwho to give it to. Except for that everything else was great. He did speak some English so we could talk to him. We like thisplace compared to other Hibachi places because it is quieter and not super busy. They also have a nice bar. It's very cleaninside. When we were finished with our meal they put on birthday music and brought my son out fried ice cream and lit candlesfor him. The waitress also offered to take a picture of all of us which I thought has so nice. The food was very good andeveryone was so polite. This was our 2nd time there for a birthday in less than a month! Read more
