I've been to alot of chipotles becuase they are awesome but this one was not. I ordered a bowl and the portions were super... small. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Chipotle. I don't know if they thought "it's an online order so who cares?!"... Or what! we will not be returning. Our "large" chip was a bag with maybe 3 handfuls of chips, when asked if it was a large, thestaff gave us another bag with a small amount in it. So 2 smalls equals a large but why can't you just give us the large tobegin with. 2 chicken asada burritos and each one had maybe 8 pieces of chicken in it. It was packed with rice, barely anybeans. I get better service going to McDonald's if I'm being honest. Worst $30 I've ever spent. I strongly recommend doing eatin if you really want to go here, otherwise drive 1 minute down the road and go to a different restaurant. Read more
went to pick up my order and went to the car to check everything was there as usual. i had ordered chips with a large queso, a... burrito bowl with basically all the toppings, and quesadillas with rice, salsa, and sour cream. inside my bag i found a notesaying to call the chipotle headquarters number because they are out of stuff. i didn?t receive chips and queso. i didn?treceive any sides for my quesadilla, and i was missing several toppings on my bowl. i went inside and the bald headed guyworking there said ?i?m not trying to start anything? when i got back to my home everything ripped out the bag because of poorlywrapped items and the lack of lids Read more
the only reason i even consider ordering from here is because you can?t beat chipotles food in general. however, this location... can?t seem to follow the printout of what items are actually supposed to go into my bowl. also, am i supposed to just dump thebowl into my mouth, because i?ve never received a fork or a napkin when ordering online. i?ll proceed to give them chance afterchance but here?s to being disappointed in the future. sorry future self. My experience again new workers using there finger?s: 20 min wait past the app time promised. Rice dried and clumped up, meats... all dried out, corn hard shells, beans screwy, lettuce wilted and brown, workers, trying and wiping there face, clearing therethroats, and sweating. Poorly staffed place at prime time. For all of the above stay away away from this place and don?t comeback! Call Washington County health Department. Eat somewhere else! Haste Pronto. Read more
Check your orders. Out of 6 items that we ordered, only 1 item and the Mexican cola was correct. This was a $62 order. Missing... guac, cheese etc. Wrong salsas, Very small portion sizes. Presentation was horrible. A salad dressing that we did not order wasin the bag. They did not seal it in a way that would not spill. Unknown to us, it must have tipped over the the bag. Thedressing seeped out of the bag, onto my son's pants and into the leather seats of my car. I know they are busy and it's hard tofind workers but... Someone there needs to be inspecting the work. With all of the past food poisoning issues with this chain, we decided to still have a meal. The next day my wife was EXTREMELY... ILL. I give them the benefit of the doubt and still gave them 3 stars. The food is cold and sits out, so who could say. Read more
