I've been to alot of chipotles becuase they are awesome but this one was not. I ordered a bowl and the portions were super... small. I wasn't too mad about some of the ingredients but I barely recieved any rice ..the whole bowl looked like maybe half ofwhat other chipotles give. Probably won't return. Read more

This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Chipotle. I don't know if they thought "it's an online order so who cares?!"... Or what! we will not be returning. Our "large" chip was a bag with maybe 3 handfuls of chips, when asked if it was a large, thestaff gave us another bag with a small amount in it. So 2 smalls equals a large but why can't you just give us the large tobegin with. 2 chicken asada burritos and each one had maybe 8 pieces of chicken in it. It was packed with rice, barely anybeans. I get better service going to McDonald's if I'm being honest. Worst $30 I've ever spent. I strongly recommend doing eatin if you really want to go here, otherwise drive 1 minute down the road and go to a different restaurant. Read more
went to pick up my order and went to the car to check everything was there as usual. i had ordered chips with a large queso, a... burrito bowl with basically all the toppings, and quesadillas with rice, salsa, and sour cream. inside my bag i found a notesaying to call the chipotle headquarters number because they are out of stuff. i didn?t receive chips and queso. i didn?treceive any sides for my quesadilla, and i was missing several toppings on my bowl. i went inside and the bald headed guyworking there said ?i?m not trying to start anything? when i got back to my home everything ripped out the bag because of poorlywrapped items and the lack of lids Read more
