I have an allergy to wheat. When I asked if they would specially fry some chicken and rice up for me without soy sauce, they... said they would. (Many places have told me they can't do so.) The super nice woman who took my order asked me everything that Iwould like in with my rice since they were cooking it up separately. This is more for customer service as I didn't go back to get my food. I told the owner that I wanted the combination plate. He... flips the menu over after I ordered and told me he was going to make me a lunch special plate.
