We have gone several times and it has been dispointing. We went today and they couldn't get our order right. asked for spicey... nuggets they gave us regular. the burgers were so salty we couldn't eat them. We don't live exactly close so by time we noticedwe spent 50 dollars on food we couldn't eat. the time previous the drive threw person literally threw us our food and shut thedoor in our faces. we asked for honey mustard for our nuggets since there wasn't any and Ketchup and he threw 1 honey mustardand literally 1 packet of Ketchup. so I think we will be taking a break from wendys for a while. each time we go we spend 50bucks and the service and the food is never what it should be. I go to this Wendy's in Canon City often. But tonight might be the last time. My wife stopped to grab me dinner on her way home... from work. Every light in the building and all the signs were on. She waited in line for 20 minutes. Only to get to the windowand have a very rude man tell her they were closed, it was 10:04pm, and how her having been in line and ordered weren't hisproblems and she needed to leave. There were still 4 cars behind her! To say the least she was upset about waiting, ordering,just to have your man tell her to leave. I understand y'all close at 10pm. But she ordered before closing. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. My wife ordered in the lobby, and the sandwiches were both wrong. we both asked... for tomato and no lettuce, but apparently that's not how the cashier likes his burger.... Both burgers were the same. Also, themeat tasted like it had a tablespoon of salt added to the meat. Will not be eating here again! The food sucks! Read more
My wife and I stopped in on the 31st of May. We were one of, if not the first car through for lunch that day. About 10:20 a.m.... The girl at the window was very good. And so was our lunch! About the best meal we've had at a Wendy's in a very long time. Iwanted to get back in line as soon as we were finished but my wife said we needed to get going... Looking forward to our nexttrip through CC. Keep up the good work! Read more
Stopped in to grab a quick lunch. We were pleasantly surprised by their cheerful and pleasant customer service, fast preparation... of our rather large order for 5 people, everything in our order was correct and freshly made. The restaurant was nice and cleaneven the restroom was clean. Easy to find right off highway 50 with a good sized parking lot easy to get in and out of. Read more
