The burgers were dry like hockey pucks. They messed up my wife's burger by not adding everything and put pepers with sauce on... the cheese frys. Also there soda tastes very bad except the lemonade but we had to dilute that with water. You know its badwhen are 2 year old will not eat the popcorn chicken because of how dry they are. I had the Landlubber on a brioche bun with a side of fried mushrooms. They have real sugar sodas. There is also covered seating... outside. The absolute best part was how the staff were genuinely caring to me! I felt like I was being hosted in someone's home.That is rare these days. Read more

Really good burger stop, it's very tiny and easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. Just a small local business, and they are... POPULAR. But once you eat here you will understand why. Good food and it comes out quick, even with the lines, we had our foodordered and on our table in under 15 minutes which is impressive to say the least. Very yummy burgers for sure. This place was fantastic! It has been a while since I've had a good burger. These bugers tasted homemade, with a choice of 1/4,... 1,3, & 1/2 lb burgers. A dozen different burger options, and a choice of bun. The menu was expansive and the fountain drink werehomemade through a fountain. The fries and onion rings had a really good flavor. Nice place. Burgers were pretty good - not overly juicy and drippy messy everywhere, but still tasting yummy. The meal portion... was a little small though - very few fries. I?m honestly wondering if there?s a microwave in the back heating up these beef patties. Nice selection of buns & cheeses, but... missed the mark on the star of the show - the beef. It was dry and did not taste fresh. For a $18 meal - I can?t recommendstopping here while in Canon City. There was also a giant slice of tomato on the burger I had to remove.
