This Wetzel's Pretzels is fine. Service is pretty good and the food is often fairly fresh as they get a fairly large amount of... patronage from their location in the mall. Not the healthiest option, but reasonably good for what it is. Read more

Good pretzels, good service
Today I went for a stuffed, pepperoni pretzel. The menu said that the cheese-stuffed pretzels came in three types, one of which... was "Twisted Pepperoni." That item ran something like $4.59, and the guy at the counter rang me up for OVER $9.00! You know howpeople lie, and sometimes it's just TOO EASY to catch them? That's what happened here. First, "Well...I thought you asked forsomething else." Then, after I catch the guy, "Taxes keep getting higher!" Tell the truth, clown! You know that I'm disabled,and you know that I have a credit card; how "hard" would it be to take advantage of a guy like ME?! I don't want to say "neveragain," but it will definitely be a while before I'll be visiting Wetzel's! :-\ Read more

Employee was very nice. Food came out quick however I needed to remind her of my drink. Other than that flawless transaction.... The cinnamon bites are sure tasty! Strawberry lemonade also is top notch! Enjoy! Read more
